Proposed PADD Goals & Priorities for FY 2023

The proposed Fiscal Year 2023 Goals and Priorities for our Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (PADD) program are now available on our website! Check them out at the following link: https://drsdlaw.org/about/priorities/

These Goals and Priorities were developed as a result of obtaining public input through Needs Surveys, from calls Disability Rights South Dakota (DRSD) has received during the current fiscal year, and from information obtained through monitoring and outreach activities. They are open for public comment through September 30th, 2022. If you would like to provide input on these proposed goals and priorities, please send comments to amanda.martin@drsdlaw.org. The DRSD Board of Directors will approve the final version, and they will go into effect on October 1, 2022.
