This means you have the right to live in a safe and clean environment, be free from abuse, and more.
You have treatment rights.
This means you have the right to participate in your treatment and ask questions when you have them. You also have rights when it comes to your medical records, taking medication, and more.
You have personal rights.
Your personal rights include making and receiving phone calls, practicing your religion, sending mail, having visitors, and more.
